Domestic Violence
(i) A felony or misdemeanor criminal activity of physical physical violence committed–
(A) By an ongoing or spouse that is former intimate partner associated with the target;
(B) By an individual with who the target stocks a kid in accordance;
(C) By somebody who is cohabitating with, or has cohabitated with, the target as being a partner or intimate partner;
(D) By an individual likewise situated up to a partner of this target beneath the domestic or household physical physical physical violence laws and regulations associated with the jurisdiction where the crime of physical physical violence happened; or
(E) By virtually any person against a grownup or youth alleged victim who’s protected from that person’s acts underneath the domestic or household physical violence rules regarding the jurisdiction when the criminal activity of physical physical physical violence happened.
(ii) When it comes to purposes of complying utilizing the demands for this area and § 668.41, any event conference this definition is known as a criminal activity for purposes of Clery Act reporting.
Stalking
(i) participating in a program of conduct inclined to a person that is specific would cause a fair individual to –
(A) Fear for the man or woman’s security or perhaps the security of other people; or
(B) Suffer significant distress that is emotional.
(ii) For purposes of the definition –
(A) span of conduct means several functions, including, although not restricted to, functions when the stalker directly, indirectly, or through 3rd events, by any action, technique, unit, or means, follows, monitors, surveils, or threatens, or communicates to or just around a individual, or disturbs a person’s home.
(B) Reasonable person means an acceptable individual under comparable circumstances in accordance with comparable identities towards the target.
(C) significant emotional stress means significant psychological suffering or anguish that will, but will not fundamentally, need medical or other expert therapy or guidance.
(iii) For the purposes of complying using the demands of the area and § 668.41, any incident conference this definition is known as a criminal activity for purposes of Clery Act reporting.

Incest
Sexual activity between people who will be associated with one another in the degrees wherein wedding is forbidden for legal reasons.
Statutory Rape
Sexual activity with somebody who is beneath the statutory age of permission.
